Bespoke training and creative learning solutions delivered by Jigsaw@work are appropriate for the learners, the individual outcomes required and the return on investment. We take into account individuals’ learning style preferences, working shift patterns, prior experience and knowledge to create bespoke training programmes and workshops that deliver the desired outcome.

How we work

Bespoke Training means that we take the time to understand our clients’ needs, familiarising ourselves with the organisation before we design and develop the bespoke training solutions.

We submit our bespoke training solution to the client for their approval and their sign off. We also agree measurable outcomes that deliver a return on investment, we ask: “After our bespoke training and creative learning solutions what will the participants do differently?”
