Jigsaw@work is a unique discovery tool, which uses a 64-piece jigsaw and associated activities to take learners on a journey of self discovery to develop Customer Care competencies necessary for the delivery of service excellence in progressive, forward thinking organisations.

A group activity

Jigsaw@work Customer Care workshops use a rich variety of learning options to enable participants to use their preferred learning styles. A typical workshop programme includes: individual and group activities, discussions, case studies, learning reviews, personal reflections and creative activities.

Typical outcomes from a Jigsaw@work customer care workshop include:

  • Increased Self Awareness and Emotional Intelligence which means that learners are aware of their personal service delivery styles and the impact of their style upon the customer
