I have A & B qualifications, do I have to attend the accreditation workshop?
Yes. Jigsaw@work® has a unique delivery style, unlike many other discovery tools, we do not use paper based tests and personal reports, the Jigsaw@work® is an Organic learning experience. It is essential that a facilitator not only understands how the product works but is comfortable with its delivery.

Do I need A & B qualifications?
No, all you needs is to be an experienced facilitator.

How often are the accreditation workshops held?
Every 3 months.

How much does it cost?
Jigsaw@work® offers a flexible pricing structure to allow you to purchase the most appropriate package based upon your likely usage.

What are the ongoing costs?
Unlike most other discovery tools, once you have purchased a license, there are no additional costs.

Can I try before I buy?
Yes, we hold regular taster days to enable you to find out all about Jigsaw@work® and experience the learning first hand. Alternatively one of our senior team of consultants will be happy to meet with you at a time convenient to you to show you the Jigsaw@work® discovery system and discuss the options available to you.

If I attend a Jigsaw@work® taster day and make a subsequent purchase, do I get my money back from the taster day?
Yes when you attend a taster day you will receive a discount voucher for £95.00 + VAT which can be used against a purchase or either Jigsaw@work® products or facilitated workshops.

Is there any support available once I have purchased Jigsaw@work®?
Yes Jigsaw@work® offers free support for life, we want you to make the most of the tool and are therefore happy to assist you with developing workshop programmes, marketing and general advice. There is also a forum and blog available on the website which we encourage trainers to use to share ideas and experiences.
