Here are just some of the ways in which Jigsaw@work differs from other training and development tools and systems.

Jigsaw@work:

  • Is not a psychometric test, or even a test of any kind.
  • Is not paper-based, it is used in an interactive workshop environment.
  • Does not focus on theory, but instead on practical applications.
  • Does not provide participants with a lengthy written report to decipher, but with an in-depth level of self awareness and with tools and techniques that they can use immediately.
