Aim:

Jigsaw taster days are designed to give participants an overview of the Jigsaw@work discovery tool and its applications within an organisation.

Participants will:

• Complete their personal brain dominance profile
• Be introduced to whole brain theories and its application within organisations
• Learn whole brain tools and techniques which they can apply immediately

Overview of programme:

The programme content varies in the afternoon to accommodate the interests of the specific group of attendees. However the core of the day remains constant:

• Welcome and introductions
• The impact of perception in the workplace
• Introversion and extraversion
• Thinking styles
• Participants begin a series of activities to explore their brain dominances and avoidances
• Completion of personal brain profiles
• Interpretation of brain profiles
• Dominances and avoidances
• Applications, tools and techniques

In the afternoon, participants look at how whole brain theories can be applied within an organisation to improve service delivery, communication, individuals and team performance, leadership, motivation, corporate culture, managing change, dealing with difficult behaviour, relationship building, influencing skills, and performance management.
