Michelle McArthur-Morgan, Founding Partner & Senior Consultant

Michelle McArthur-Morgan is a professional and enthusiastic learning practitioner with over 15 years experience in learning and development. She is involved in all account management and works as project leader on contracts. Michelle uses her passion for developing people to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions that add long term benefit to both individuals and organisations.

Key disciplines include leadership, team development, customer service, personal development and communication. Michelle enjoys finding the real issues facing an organisation, which she is then able to convert to learning needs and ultimately provide an appropriate solution.

Michelle is a founding member of the Learning Practitioners Association and is currently a serving Council member.

Keith Nicholson designs and delivers learning solutions across many sectors, focusing on soft and selling skills. He uses his experience of working for a major bank, in a customer management and field sales capacity, to relate to the challenges facing client organisations.

Keith possesses a natural ability to illustrate learning with stories that he can recall from his life experiences. Keith’s stories are told straight from the heart and ignite the passion and imagination of participants, ultimatley creating a unique and powerful training and development style.

Keith is also responsible for the licensing aspect of the Jigsaw Discovery Tool, which he originally designed and developed alongside Michelle McArthur. Keith facilitates the international profile of the Jigsaw Discovery Tool, including its use as a facilitated learning programme through Jigsaw@work and under its use under licence.

Sian Mathews, Senior Consultant

Sian Mathews is a member of the Jigsaw@work leadership team, designing and delivering leadership programmes to middle management and front line teams. Sian is a motivational consultant with a wealth of experience working with and inspiring organisations to effect positive change using a unique synthesis of analytical skills and the development of powerful, constructive and creative relationships with individuals at all levels.

Keith Patching, Senior Consultant

Keith Patching is an independent coach and consultant in leadership and organisation development. Keith, a published author and fellow at Cranfield School of Management, is a key member of Jigsaw@work’s leadership team where he designs and delivers leadership development programmes.

Keith has worked on hundreds of uniquely tailored leadership and management development programmes over a period of over twenty years.

David Taylor delivers leadership coaching to a wide variety of clients across a range of sectors. David’s innovative approach and creativity engages with and encourages audience interaction, resulting in personal and organisational change.

David has worked with politicians, senior police officers, regional regeneration leaders and Managing Directors developing a proven track record for change management.

Katherine Farnworth, Senior Consultant

Katherine has a wide range of experience in Organisational Development working across several different industries for over ten years. Starting with an internationally based cruiseline company, Katherine has since worked with law firms, retail and hospitality organisations in the private sector along with registered social landlords and forensic science providers in the public sector. She is passionate about supporting organisations through significant transformation where change management and continued engagement are vital. As an accredited coach with a strategic approach, she understands the need to achieve business objectives through the development of people.

Katherine is qualified to provide Emotional Intelligence 360 and is a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and is an accredited Institute of Leadership and Management Tutor. She also speaks fluent French. Katherine can design programmes that meet national standard criteria but also understands the need to provide bespoke, engaging and innovative development programmes to meet the needs of the business, all the time considering robust evaluation techniques to ensure the all important return on investment.

Lindsey Gittins, Digital Marketing Manager

Lindsey Gittins is Jigsaw@work’s Digital Marketing Manager. In this role Lindsey’s duties include development and maintenance of our website, Search Engine Optimisation and web analytics.

Lindsey is also responsible for our Social Media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube, as well as our e-marketing activities.

Lindsey has over a decade’s worth of experience working in an e-communications environment and has a thorough knowledge of web development principles.

Val Brooks, Facilitator

Val Brooks coaches and develops individuals to help them to achieve their full potential. Working in a facilitative style Val welcomes and encourages participation from the audience in order to achieve the very best results.

Having previously worked in a customer service and behavioural training role at British Airways Val has a vast experience which covers cultural awareness, diversity, communications and service recovery. With a Diploma in Supervisory Management and as a Member of the Institute of Learning and Management, Val is well equipped to deliver first class training for her clients.

Sylvia Jackson, Facilitator

Sylvia Jackson is a facilitator within Jigsaw's library team. She is a freelance Development Consultant from a public sector background, predominantly within the Library Service. She completed her MPhil research degree whilst a member of library staff, and has worked in a variety of library roles, from frontline to middle management and support functions.

Most recently, as Training Officer, she created and delivered bespoke training solutions for library staff, combining practical library skills with interpersonal and communication skills. She also brings valuable experience from her time as one of the four original national Bookstart Regional Officers, and from her time with Devon’s Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership.
