Jigsaw@work is a new way of learning about yourself and others that enables individuals and teams to achieve more of their full potential.

The impact of behaviour

In an interactive workshop setting, Jigsaw@work not only helps participants to recognise their personality style, it helps them to understand what motivates themselves and others to behave as they do, and, most importantly, the impact that their actions can have on others. By providing a framework to help anticipate the behaviours and reactions of others in any situation, it helps participants to adapt their approach accordingly.

Developing strengths & overcoming barriers

Jigsaw@work identifies an individual's strengths and competencies and how these relate to those of their colleagues. It demonstrates how participants can make the best use of their strengths and develop areas in which they are not as strong to improve their performance.

Resolving conflict

Dealing with conflict and difficult behaviours is vital for successful teamwork. Jigsaw@work shows how to recognise irritants and early signs of conflict in the workplace and illustrates how to resolve such issues before they escalate out of control.

Respecting individuality

Participants learn how to identify what is really causing problems in relationships and how they can make strong connections by tailoring their actions and words to accommodate the personality styles of others. This encourages creativity and the individuality of team members is respected and valued giving everyone a real sense of self fulfilment and achievement.

WRAP Learning at Work Day

WRAP ( Waste and Resources Action Programme) have recently licensed Jigsaw@work discovery tool and learning programmes for use with their employees.

To launch the Jigsaw, Eileen anderson Training Manager invited Jigsaw@work to take part in their Learning at work day on the 22nd May.

Certified Learning Practitioner

Michelle McArthur, Senior Learning Consultant and Founding Partner has committed to abide by the ethical and professional standards for the Certified Learning Practitioner (CLP).

CLP is a new accreditation provided by TrainerBase, the Trade Association for independant learning practitioners.

Michelle is hopeing to be one of the first 20 Certified Learning Practitioners in the Association.

I’d just like to thank you for helping me understand so much about other people just because I can tell what colour they are. Even to the point of my relationship with my partner, he is so very blue but just can’t bend to even try to understand my yellow lifestyle!! At work the annoying technical officer who needs so much detail, now get his detail because I understand now that he needs it as much as I don’t. So thanks for opening my eyes, I really feel a better person thanks to you two

World of Learning Finalist

For the 2nd consective year, Jigsaw@work has been nominated as a finalist in the prestigious world of learning Awards. In 2006 Jigsaw@work was nominated for the Learning Innovation of the Year award. In 2007 Jigsaw@work has just been confirmed as a finalist for the Generic Solution of the Year Award. The winner will be announced in November at the industry awards ceremony held at the NEC in Birmingham.

Expansion into the Gulf

Jigsaw@work has just signed a partnership agreement with Dubai based People Plus FZLLC. Having a local representation within the Gulf Region, is the first step in building up a network of local representatives around the world. In January 2008 a new partnership is planned to open in Sydney.
