
Jigsaw@work is used by individuals and teams at all levels in large and small organisations, in public and private sectors and in voluntary organisations.
Many organisations use well known personality tests that are designed for use, and can be understood, by senior management. Unfortunately, they are often perceived by the workforce to be a complicated waste of time and money.
Jigsaw@work is designed for use by everyone - frontline teams, supervisors and junior management, as well as senior management.
The system is powerfully motivational because participants discover in-depth self-awareness and understanding of others in a simple, non-threatening environment, and take away practical tools that they can use immediately without referring to reams of paperwork and manuals. Jigsaw@work nurtures the growth of individuals, developing high performing, high energy teams and workplaces.
We have worked closely with the Disability Rights Commission and have developed versions of Jigsaw@work that are suitable for use by people with impairments. The 64-piece Jigsaw is available in large font, Easy Read and Braille, with large pieces making it easier to handle.
