Working with horses provides instant, honest and accurate feedback moment by moment.
By working with horses on the ground (no riding involved) you will be able to practise staying in the moment and experience first-hand the benefits of being mindful as well as gain valuable insights into how you can apply the learning while understanding the difference it could make to your work and life.
Equine-facilitated mindfulness is an experiential workshop which:
• introduces you to the practice of mindfulness
• demonstrates how the application of the tools and techniques can enhance performance, reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and lead to a more fulfilling life where you feel in control.
Approximately 5 hours
During the workshop you will find out what it feels like to take real time out and be true to your Authentic Self. This safe, nurturing space offers a great opportunity to;
• step back, reflect and truly get to know yourself
• help you to gain clarity and insights into how you can develop your leadership qualities and enhance the effectiveness of your communication
